2. Attendance and Punctuality
Working Hours: Our standard working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday through Thursday. Flexibility may be allowed based on roles and responsibilities.
Attendance: Regular attendance is essential. Absences must be reported in advance to the respective manager.
Remote Work: Employees may work remotely with prior approval from their supervisor, depending on project requirements.
3. Dress Code
Business Casual: Employees should dress in business casual attire unless otherwise specified for particular events or client meetings.
Client Meetings: Formal attire is encouraged when representing Web Karigor in client meetings or public forums.
4. Leave Policy
Annual Leave: Full-time employees are entitled to 20 days of annual leave.
Sick Leave: Up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year are provided. A medical certificate may be required for extended absences.
Public Holidays: Web Karigor observes all official public holidays in Bangladesh.
Special Leave: Additional leaves, such as maternity, paternity, and bereavement leave, are available as per Bangladeshi labor laws.
5. Health and Safety
Workplace Safety: Employees are encouraged to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Any safety hazards should be reported immediately.
Emergency Procedures: Emergency procedures, including evacuation routes, are clearly marked and communicated to all staff.
Ergonomics: Proper ergonomic practices should be followed to prevent strain injuries, especially for employees working long hours at computers.

Zero Tolerance: Web Karigor has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, and discrimination.

Internet Policy: Company internet is provided for business purposes only. Unauthorized personal use should be limited.

Regular Feedback: Performance evaluations are conducted twice a year, with continuous feedback provided by managers.

10. Grievance Policy

12. Exit Policy
Notice Period: Employees are required to give at least 30 days’ notice when resigning from their position.

Return of Company Property: All company property, including laptops, ID badges, and documents, must be returned before the final settlement.
